Burnout is real in Singapore — 61% of employees reported feeling burnt out in the past three months (Employment Hero, 2024). This practical four-hour programme, aligned with the Ministry of Manpower’s Tripartite Advisory on Mental Well-being at Workplaces, equips supervisors and staff to recognise distress, support colleagues and build a psychologically safe workplace.

Who it's for: Supervisors, managers, HR teams, safety committees and staff — anyone who wants a mentally healthier workplace.

  • SRFAC-accredited CPR+AED module, recognised by the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
  • 10 FSM CPD points (SCDF) awarded to Fire Safety Managers who complete the CERT course.
  • Training can be conducted at our Training Centre or at your preferred location (On-Site Training available). On-site sessions are for groups of 8 pax or more, island-wide (logistics fees may apply).
